FlipPack ("the App") is a bottle-flipping challenge card game developed by Elevated NRJ Labs ("we," "us," "our"), a division of Elevated NRJ LLC. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it's used, and your rights.
We do not collect any personal information.
FlipPack stores your game progress — including cards collected, high scores, settings, and custom cards — locally on your device only. This data never leaves your phone and is not transmitted to any server.
FlipPack offers optional in-app purchases through Apple's App Store and Google Play Store. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple or Google, as applicable. We do not process, store, or have access to any payment information, including credit card numbers, billing addresses, or Apple ID / Google account credentials.
We use RevenueCat, Inc. to manage purchase entitlements and restore functionality. RevenueCat receives an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID and purchase receipt data from Apple or Google. No personally identifiable information is shared with RevenueCat. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
The current version of FlipPack does not include any analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. We do not track your behavior, location, device identifiers, or usage patterns. We do not serve ads. We do not use cookies.
FlipPack does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The App does not require an account, login, email address, or any personal data to use.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it pertains to children's data, and Apple's App Store Guidelines for apps used by children. Because we collect no data, there is no data to protect, share, or delete.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any user data with third parties. Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to share.
All game data is stored locally on your device using standard on-device storage (AsyncStorage). We do not maintain any servers, databases, or cloud storage for user data.
If you delete the App, all game data — including your card collection, scores, settings, and custom cards — is permanently and irreversibly deleted. We cannot recover this data. We do not offer cloud backup or cross-device sync.
Because we do not collect personal data, most data subject rights (access, correction, deletion, portability) under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws are not applicable. However, you may:
While we do not transmit or store data on external servers, we design our App with security in mind. All in-app purchase validation is handled through Apple and Google's secure systems. RevenueCat communications are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
FlipPack is available worldwide. Because no personal data is collected or transferred, there are no cross-border data transfer concerns.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the App or applicable laws. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes that affect your rights, we will provide notice through the App or this website. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
